Winter Park Honey has 100 hives located throughout Central Florida. We do not use any heat during our extraction process. Instead of a hot knife, we decap all of our comb by hand, with a cold fork. This is just one of the many details required to bring our customers honey in its most natural state. And this is why, when put to the test, our honey wins first place.
In a recent honey contest, our Blacberry Twist, Palmetto, Spring Wildflower and Orange Blossom Honeys took first place! We sell honey at local Farmer's Markets and have just recently added an online store.
